Syllabus
Following the decision in Schollenberger v. Pennsylvania, ante, 171 U. S. 1, the Court holds that the statute of New Hampshire prohibiting the sale of oleomargarine as a substitute for butter, unless it is of a pink color, is invalid as being, in necessary effect, prohibitory.
