Syllabus
Where property in California has been in the undisturbed possession of the claimant and his heirs for sixteen years without any other person's claiming or clubjuris
exercising a possession or right of possession, and it appears that the grant was originally made by Governor Alvarado during his term of office, the claim will be confirmed.
