The Acts of March 8, 1867, c. 93, of March 3, 1869, c. 166, and of Feb. 17, 1871, of Wisconsin, under which certain bonds were issued to the Green Bay & Lake Pepin Railroad Company, were not repealed, either directly or by implication, by the acts of the legislature of that state of March 8, 1870, c. 210, and of March 11, 1872, c. 34.
