Syllabus

1. Reissued letters patent No. 3,218, granted Dec. 1, 1868, to Henry W. Fuller, assignee, by mesne assignments, of Israel M. Rose for an improvement in the tuck creasing attachment in sewing machines were not superseded by letters patent No. 28,633, issued June 5, 1860, to Henry W. Fuller and Anthony W. Goodell.

2. The Court holds that the apparatus constructed, used, and sold by the respondents do not infringe the complainants' patent. clubjuris
